Hey, I’m Ashley! I’m a Midwest brand and website designer with a lifelong love for storytelling, theatre, and bold visual expression. I help actors, music groups, and theatre professionals create brand identities that reflect the magic they bring to the stage. With every project, I blend my design expertise with a performer’s intuition; because I’ve lived both worlds. Whether it's crafting a logo that captures your energy or building a website that books gigs and gets callbacks, I’m here to make sure your brand commands the same attention you do under the lights.
I fell in love with theatre in 8th grade, stepping onstage as a butterfly in Pinkalicious: The Musical. Through high school, it became my creative escape; a chance to step into someone else’s shoes and express myself in a way nothing else allowed.
In college, I hit pause on theatre to focus on academics, but I quickly realized something was missing. That’s when I discovered graphic design. It gave me a new creative outlet, and I was hooked.
After graduating in 2020 (yes, that year)I landed a remote internship doing marketing and design for a community foundation. It sharpened my skills, but something still felt off. I missed theatre. I was also struggling with depression and anxiety.
On my therapist’s advice, I auditioned for Bonnie & Clyde at my local community theatre. I was cast in the ensemble, and it changed everything. Since then, I’ve been in 8+ productions and rediscovered the part of myself I thought I’d lost.
In 2023, I enrolled in the Design Biz Academy to combine both of my passions: branding and the performing arts. Now, I help theatre professionals, actors, and music groups shine on and off the stage with confident, show-stopping brand and website design.
The name Foxy in Foxy Creative Co. comes from someone very special: my rescue pup, Foxy. I adopted her in 2018 after she spent 13 months waiting in a rescue. She had leg issues, seizures, and wasn’t the puppy people usually gravitated toward—but the moment I saw her, I knew she was mine.
Foxy was my soul dog. For five unforgettable years, she was my creative companion, my emotional support, and my reminder that even the quietest voices deserve to be seen, heard, and loved. She passed away from cancer in May 2023, and naming my business after her felt like the perfect tribute.
Foxy Creative Co. is built in her spirit; compassionate, resilient, a little quirky, and full of heart. Just like she was.
